Welcome to the Brain Food Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility: In order to participate in the Brain Food Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a website or social media platform with an engaged following. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

  2. Enrollment: To enroll in the program, you must submit an application through our website. We will review your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection.

  3. Affiliate Link: Upon acceptance, you will be provided with a unique affiliate link that you can use to promote Brain Food products on your website or social media platforms. Any sales made through this link will be tracked and attributed to you.

  4. Commission: As an affiliate, you will receive a commission of 10% on all sales made through your affiliate link, excluding tax and shipping. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis via PayPal or bank transfer, provided your commission balance exceeds $50.

  5. Promotion: You are free to promote Brain Food products on your website or social media platforms using your affiliate link, but we ask that you do so in a professional and ethical manner. Any misrepresentations or false claims about our products will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account.

  6. Intellectual Property: You agree not to use any Brain Food trademarks, logos, or images without our prior written consent. You may only use images and content provided to you through the affiliate portal.

  7. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid to you.

  8. Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.
